Reminders & Updates
- Office hours are Monday–Friday from 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m.–4 p.m., and Sunday from noon–4 p.m.
- Is it after hours and you’re locked out of your apartment or have a maintenance emergency? Please call the office at (573) 256-7897. Available seven days a week!
- Rent payments: Rent is due on the 1st of the month, and late fees will be applied on the 3rd at 9 a.m.

Relay For Life — All Month — Cancer sucks! Stop by the clubhouse to donate $1 to Relay For Life and receive a sucker as a reward!
Easter Eggs — April 11 from 5–7 p.m. — Hop over to the clubhouse for tons of fun decorating Easter eggs.
Earth Day Planters — April 21 from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. — Come to the clubhouse to be down to earth and make your own planter. We’ll have some to grab and go, or you can decorate your own pot at the event.
Mexican Night — April 27 from 6–8 p.m. — Every month, we focus on one culture by enjoying their food and learning about their traditions. In April, we’ll focus on Mexico — the 14th largest country in the world — by hosting a Taco Night!
