We’ll be hosting a BBQ Meet and Greet on Friday, August 23 to help turn those new faces into familiar ones! So come out, grab some food, and get to know your community. If you can’t make it to our barbecue, there will be a variety of events throughout that week, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet new friends!

Please don’t leave trash out on your porch! You will be charged for doing so. Raccoons and other critters can tear into the bags and leave trash everywhere! A dumpster is located near the clubhouse for your convenience.
Rent is due on the 1st of the month, and late fees will be applied on the 3rd at 10 a.m. when our office opens. Please call us if you have any questions on how to set up recurring payments on your portal.
Please help us keep our community beautiful by picking up your dog’s waste and placing it in the proper stations located throughout the community. Failure to do so will result in a fine.

Community Events Calendar
Breakfast on the Go — Monday, August 19 from 8 a.m.–noon — What better way to kick off the start of classes then with breakfast on the go! We’ll have a variety of breakfast items in the clubhouse that will be easy to travel with to your first day of class!
Pet Appreciation Day — Tuesday, August 20 from noon–6 p.m. — With a lot of new residents moving in, that means a lot of new furry friends, as well. Join us in the clubhouse for Pet Appreciation Day with pet goodie bags, treats, toys, and more, and for a meet and greet!
Grocery Bingo — Wednesday, August 21 from 5–6:30 p.m. — Join us in the clubhouse for bingo night! The winner of each round will pick from a variety of grocery items!
Scavenger Hunt — Thursday, August 22 from 2–5 p.m. — Get to know your new home with our scavenger hunt/riddle race that will lead you around the community. The first person to complete the scavenger hunt will get a gift card!
BBQ Meet and Greet — Friday, August 23 from noon–6 p.m. — We’ll be ending Resident Appreciation Week with a big BBQ with a tailgate vibe! It will be a great way for the entire community to get to know each other. So come hang out by the pool, grab some food, and socialize with us!
